1. Internship Topic
Review of the peer MDB’s disclosure of Risk Management Frameworks (and Risk Appetite Statements) and forming a proposal for enhancement of ADB’s disclosure on this topic.
2. Summary of Job Description
-Conduct research on the level of public disclosure for peer MDB’s for the various aspects of risk appetite.
-Make a presentation summarizing the findings and ranking transparency and depth of disclosure.
-Proposing a recommendation for ADB’s additional materials to be added to the disclosures.
3. Period of Assignment
Duration: 8 weeks
Timing: June 2024 onwards
4. Location
ADB Headquarters, Manila
5. Expected Outcomes
Preparation of additional ADB materials that would reflect the MDB’s best practice in presenting risk appetite statements.
Qualifications
6. Education Requirements
Candidate must be currently enrolled in a postgraduate degree in Risk Management, Finance, or International Economic Relations.
7. Relevant Experience and Other Requirements
•Some knowledge of Finance, Banking and Risk topics.
•Motivated, self-directed, and creative.
•Be able to work in an international and multicultural environment.
•Good in English, both spoken and written.
