Adoption of Externally Financed Grant Regulations

In April 2009, ADB's Board of Directors approved the adoption of Externally Financed Grant Regulations, which sets out the standard terms and conditions applicable to the increasing number of investment grants in the form of trust funds and other external sources of grant financing administered by ADB.
