What Is RKSI?
The ADB–PRC Regional Knowledge Sharing Initiative—RKSI—was established on 30 August 2012 by the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and ADB, as a development-knowledge sharing platform among ADB’s developing member countries.

Results achieved are aggregate amounts of outputs and outcomes from operations reported in project completion reports and extended annual review reports circulated for the year.
Cofinancing operations enable ADB’s financing partners, governments or their agencies, multilateral financing institutions, and commercial organizations to participate in financing ADB projects.
ADB’s COVID-19 response consists of a $20 billion package announced in April 2020 and the $9 billion Asia Pacific Vaccine Access Facility (APVAX) announced in December 2020.
