Consulting Services | An estimated 17-months of international consultancy inputs will be required to provide technical advisory on government bond market development (13 person-months) and subnational Tax (4 person-months). An estimated 17 person-months of national consultancy inputs will also be required to provide technical advisory on content and web development (9 person-months), public finance and taxation (6 person-months) and gender (2-person-months). Resource persons will also be engaged as needed. ADB will engage consultants following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time) and associated project administration instructions and /or staff instructions |
