Description
Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy The additional financing will expand the project scope to cover (i) priority investments that were omitted from the ongoing project scope as noted in paragraph 4, and (ii) additional investments and further capacity development to enable CPUC to manage the potential impacts of climate change and boost the disaster resilience and operational efficiency of CPUC's water supply and sanitation services.
