Project Rationale and Linkage to Country/Regional Strategy The proposed project will be aligned with the following impact: a quality caring education and training system, which provides every person with lifelong skills, values, and confidence to be self-reliant and to contribute to the development of Vanuatu (Vanuatu Education and Training Sector Strategic Plan 20202030). The outcome is: students with demand-driven qualifications increased.

ADB engaged the following: (i) a consulting firm for Project Design,

undertake necessary due diligence and support project readiness, enhance project management capacity and support knowledge transfer to the governments on how to best apply innovative practices and technology solutions for design of the ensuing projects, following the ADB Procurement Policy (2017, as amended from time to time) and its associated project administration instructions and/or staff instructions.
