ADB’s Experienced Professional Program is an advance recruitment initiative which aims to select candidates for future vacancies.

Selection panels screen and interview shortlisted applicant, and successful applicants are placed under the cleared candidates pool and are retained for nine months. Job Opportunities at Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility

Credit Guarantee and Investment Facility (CGIF), a trust fund of the Asian Development Bank (ADB), was established by the governments of 10 ASEAN countries and China, Japan and Korea (ASEAN+3), and by the ADB, as a key component of the Asian Bond Markets Initiative (ABMI) of the ADB and the ASEAN+3 cooperation. CGIF has been established to promote economic development and resilience of the financial markets, and to prevent disruptions to the international financial order by developing deep and liquid local currency and regional bond markets. The main function of CGIF is to provide credit enhancement to promote more issuances of local currency corporate bonds in ASEAN+3 countries.

CGIF is seeking applicants for the position/s listed below. The selected candidate/s will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package.

The IEC is a body, independent from ADB Management, that reviews and takes decisions on the findings and recommendations of the ADB’s Office of Anticorruption and Integrity (OAI) based on OAI’s investigation of alleged integrity violations. The EAC is a body, independent from ADB Management, that reviews and takes decisions on appeals from decisions of ADB’s Integrity Enforcement Committee (IEC). Call for Candidates: Member, Independent Appeals Panel

ADB is seeking to fill a vacancy on the Independent Appeals Panel (IAP), which is the final stage of a two-stage appeals mechanism under ADB’s Access to Information Policy. The IAP is comprised of three members and provides independent recourse for requests for information.

Members of the IAP are appointed by the Board of Directors of ADB. Members must be nationals of ADB’s members. Each member is appointed for an initial term term of 3 years, with the possibility of reappointment for two additional terms, each of up to 3 years. Members receive daily remuneration based on workload, plus expenses when travel is required to ADB headquarters in Manila, Philippines.

ADB welcomes nominations of, or applications by, leading experts on access to information with extensive international experience.
