Strengthening State-Owned Enterprise Accountability and Performance

The objective of the technical assistance (TA) was to help improve institutional capacity and service delivery of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in sectors and economies where SOEs were prominent. Specifically, the TA intended to develop SOE diagnostics, SOE knowledge and tools, and institutional capacity for SOE oversight and reform.

This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA.
